0905'06 is KIM`s bithday ! (: So,
HAPPY BIRTHDAY GIRL !!Honestly, was kinda shocked when she invited me to celebrate her birthday with the guys namely Kim herself, Erica, Farh, Jamin, YongLin and JC. Some Sec3 classmates of mine. Well, a fun bunch, they are. REALLY great people who can make you go crazy laughing with them ! Just one look at Kim and you can go bonkers. Hearing her contagious laughter can already like send you out that door ! It`s quite serious, you know ? lol
Seven of us nonsense eating at Seoul Garden cost $160. WOW. But, no big deal. At least this isn`t as bad as faye and her bestie. Just see how they spent $500 within 24hours ! Okay, We dumped a stack of ten-dollar notes at the staff as bill. HA HA. Poor her ! Anyway we sort of over-estimated ourselves, flooding our plates full of CHICKEN ! As if first-time eaters or like we haven`t ate chicken in 10years due to bird flu ? -.- But as expected, we couldn`t finish it. So the unfortunate Js - Jamin and JC offered to help us finish them up ! Kind souls.
Anyway, back to the Seoul Garden story. We occupied two tables. Our table ( Erica, YongLin, JC and me ), made us seem like KINGS OF CHAOTA or we could say we won the CHAOTA of the year 2006 championship ! MY GOSH ! You should have seen it ! Piles and piles of charred food. From plates to bowls to soup to everything !
First, the prawns went overcooked cause no one ate except YongLin the prawnman x: Then. . the beehoon in the soup gradually turned soft and then yellowish. Looked like the colour of hokkien mee. AND the soup overboiled and dried up ! Leaving the beehoon and other edibles naked in the bowl. That was bad. Surprisingly, JC claimed the beehoon to still taste NOT BAD but I thought otherwise, finding it rather gross. We would all probably get cancer tomorrow if we ate all of it up ! ha ha
By then, Erica had left for awhile to tutor her student and Farh left after her to go home teach her little bro Science. Potential teachers.
Headed to many MANY places in search of a suitable spot to blow the candles off Kim`s cake. Suggestions included foodcourt or the void deck outside World Of Sports on the floor etc. LOL. But Kim says she`s too glam for such places so. . We went in search of a 'glam' spot. We went places like starbucks and coffee bean and the pizza something shop and finally ended up at mac ! Glam ? Hrmm. .
JC bought the fifty-cents icecream so that we can stay there to cut cake. AND poor Kim ! Her cake had already melted ! But she still cut it anyway. However, none of us could eat it as, as Jamin described, it`ll probably taste like milo. Well, that`s an agreeable statement !
Later on, while waiting for Erica`s return, Kim wanted to take a photo of herself picking on the wallpaper`s hamburger`s sesame seeds. Jamin, her cheeky photographer, took a video of her instead ! And when he told her, she practically screamed for the phone, attempting to grab the phone and wanting to delete the video at once. It was so hilarious ! Her reaction was extremely comical okay. But her video was even funnier !
Had lots of fun. More that I could have imagined or had foreseen before the night. It`s been so long since I caught up with them and I`ve thoroughly enjoyed myself. Felt like the old days. ): Oh well, what can I do right ? But I definitely didn`t regret going down to help Kim celebrate her birthday. Hope she`s enjoyed her day too ((:
