fiesta is finally over ! ! woohoo ! so happy. have been dreading this day so much. haha ! and now. . its over. okay, what crap. anw hairstyling was quite a success compared to 3e2`s : x earned like $106 but from what i heard, profit was only $11. -LoL- so chum. but most stations were a mess. people were coming and going. . using our hairsprays. . wax. . gel. . and even makeup without paying. that explains the low profit. haha. nevermind nevermind. . at least we still made some money (( :

on monday, mdm bird told me some news. not good ones though. nevermind about that first. okay, we got back our scripts that day. mr chia let the dnt students check their papers first and ( i think he was the one who told us that our class one person transferred to NA, one person retain and one person the teachers managed to push up the marks and get promoted to sec4 express ) everyone went like ' who is it ? who is it ? ? ' afraid they were one of those unlucky people. all the guilty faces ! too bad mr chia forgotten who they were.
after recess was the checking of chinese paper`s turn. mdm fong came in. returned us our papers and o gawd ! if im not wrong, only 3people passed chinese ? its like hell can. we can all so die man. mdm fong say our class broke the record of the most number of failures for chinese in our school for express stream. during the checking of scripts that time, mdm fong walked all the way to my table and asked me if mdm bird had told me yet. what is it she was referring to ? . . told me what ? had no idea what she was talking about so i just said ' no '. mdm fong went away and i turned to kim and told her i think i might be one of those people who will not be promoted. true enough, i was right. im like so dead can. mdm bird called me and 3other guys - kenneth, jc and nick quek - to stay back in class after school as she wanted to speak to us all in private. obviously not anything good. she began with, ' kenneth and jc, you two failed ure overall for eoy. . ' i heaved a sign of relief. not so bad after all ( : i thought my math somehow pulled me up cause i managed to be one of those 20 people who passed it.
she spoke about kenneth first, and went on with jc but she skipped him. kenneth was the guy who luckily got promoted even though he failed his overall. lucky guy. she carried on with nick quek, he was the guy who got transferred. next was me, i fidgeted with my hands, hoping i was not the retaining student. she went on to me. . ' Rachel, so sorry to say this. . dont be sad okay, you can try harder next year. . ' blahblahh. ' . . ure retaining ' my heart sank. that was it. i should have guessed. o well, its fate. what can i do ? what were all my efforts for ? put to waste ? where is the fairness ? heard even jc got promoted in the end. and he dont even bother to study well. another lucky guy. heaven is NOT on my side. sigh.
why is my luck getting from bad to worse ? called my mum straight after i left school to tell her the news. she said not to be discouraged. can always try again next year, study harder. . and blahblah -parent talk- . but surprisingly, she wasnt mad at me. one friend told me ' its not a one-time effort you put in just afew weeks before ure exam but the effort you put in throughout the whole year ' so true, why hadnt i done that ? why hadnt i woke up since last year`s chance the school gave me to stay in express ? brought this upon myself. but the bright side is that most probably i get to switch from dnt to lit. i think lit`s so much easier. hope it`ll be successful. and im sure, or you people can be sure that you`ll see a whole new rachel next year ! d : remind me too if i dont or get carried away. must study study study. . study study study. . study study study. . .
but recently, my dad has been treating me extra good. hrmmm. . not to make me feel too upset ? i wonder why. .

finally ! ! . . another update. ( : havent been touching the computer for like a week ? okay lets backtrack to friday, 22-10-04.
there wasnt school - promotion day. hope i can be promoted to 4e6. alright, lets see. we were supposed to meet up for this fiesta thing at bedok interchange at 11. i was late but there were many others later hehs. only nigel and nick ho were there when i arrived at the meeting point. kim and farhanah were coming from bedok library. erica`s late as usual and blahblah. anw, our class is doing hairstyling for our fiesta. got a feeling we wont be doing well for this ) : later on, went ntuc meet fara and then to tmall`s toys 'R' us to look for hair spray. decided go jamin`s place do the banner. took bus69 there (( : was so happy ! i saw his ( not jamin ! ) house. ahhhh. . perfect ! : x -smacks herself- stop dreaming man ! im nuts. : okay, did the banner. it was fantastic ! ! all mysterious and misty misty - erica`s favourite. fara suggested we name our stall ' VoguE6 ' were its made up of the word ' Vogue ' and our class ' e6 ' nice right ? ?

. . and on to today. woke up extra extra early today. 8.15am to be exact hehee. couldnt make noelle wait for me again or piss her off ( : met her at around 10. jogged from laguna park to SparksC area without stopping. pretty good huh. - thats to make up for last week : x sorry noelle ! walked back to the food centre. treated her to coconut. mmmm. . nicey nice nice ! and since i had a dollar left, i bought 2 pathetic mutton satays. one for her and one for me haha. guess the uncle think we`re crazy. : x
went back to her place, grabbed my stuff and back i was at east coast on my bicycle to change the bikini i bought last week. but wait ! ! something happened on my way there. i was cycling outside vjc when my bicycle went over this huge bump. impact was too great until the chain went loose. i had no idea how to fix the bloody chain. panicked like hell. i still tried to fix it but to no avail. sat there like an idiot by my bicycle. saw this lady from far - she looked as if she just came from a picnic from the beach - , and these two young boys around 4-5years old.
i asked the lady if she knew how to help me fix my bicycle. she answered me in japanese and i went like ' hur ? ? ' -gong- but i guess she somehow understood me and squat beside my bicycle to see whats wrong with it. i offered her tissue paper so her fingers wont get dirty. she tried for 10mins or so and. . finally, it was done ! i couldnt stop thanking her. her hands were so dirty with the black-oil-like thing all over it, but i didnt have anymore tisue paper to offer her. sad. had to do without it. one of the boys tried to help her, he put his hand on the pedal and in the end, got his little hands dirty too. he started smelling the yucky black stuff on his hands. okay, i shall not go in about that part. but the two guys were so DAMN CUTE ! ! ! : x japanese boys ( : anw, back to the lady, main point is, she was just sososoooo kind !
after bicycle thing, went home. bathed. rushed out to erica`s place. ate curry puff and watch 'Finding Nemo' i love that show. although its alittle too short but its hilarious. you can laugh ure ass off. haha. and that show totally reminds me of carol. ( : left halfway through the show, had to meet my mum at somerset to go my ahma`s birthday at this restaurant around bukit timah road. god ! i tell you, the food there was yucky and my cousin, leroy broke a glass. o well, cant blame him. he`s only like 5 ? but still ! he should already know how to be more careful.

I LOVE MY MUM ! she`s so kind. was supposed go for my weekly jog this morning as usual with noey but i slept late last night, so obviously woke up late too. had to reach her place by ten. she called me then, i woke up, feeling not myself at all - lifeless all over. for some strange reason, i dont know why but i told her im going out with my mum and forgot to tell her which isnt at all true at all. im a total bull shit. urgh ! hate myself for saying such untrue stuff to such a good friend ) : she went like, 'why didnt you tell me earlier on ? ' and blahblah. another person being pissed at me this week. sigh. why is my life so meaningless ? i live to piss people off. i know its my fault, i shouldnt have said that but. . o well. its over. texted her to apologise again several times. she say ' musnt do this again '
at about 11, my mum asked me if i was going jogging with noelle cause usually, i`ll be out by then. i told her ' no '. she suggested we go out for lunch together eat my favourite banmian, because she doesnt want me to be home alone for that same reason, before she goes for her second filming at lavendar for this show which will be aired on chn i on novenber 2nd if im not wrong. while having our lunch, we were talking about my sis and her third eye. my mum told me about one of her attacks. it was scary ! shall not type here. she keeps getting all these weird stuffs. like paralyzed ( how to spell ? ) , things she sees in the house and things like that. my mum asked me what i would do if i were my sis, i said ' dont know, i cant even see so how i know ? ' - ( shouldnt have said that )
ate already, went east coast, cause i wanted to get this bikini so badly when i saw it on friday. it looked fantastic. went there, was disappointed when i heard its sold to another girl who just came before me not long ago. if only i were slightly earlier. -regrets- got another instead, not as nice ) : but before that, in the car on our way to east coast, i keep complaining to my mum that i felt like shitting very badly. i was holding my tummy and we decided stop at mac. my stomach really hurt alot, i couldnt walk straight. everything was a blur. i couldnt see anything properly, just part of everything. it was very light bright. how do i explain ? ahhh. . nevermind. and so i went to the toilet, i couldnt hold on anymore, lucky i was just in time, there was one toilet empty. i rushed into it and vomitted. wait a minute ! i wasnt suppose to vomit, i didnt feel it coming. but why did it happen ? freaky ! im so scared. probably because i said the wrong thing earlier on -shivers-
now, im home. all alone. im scared after hearing what my sis saw and experienced at this home. how ? ? i switched on both the staircase lights. hope it`ll be better. opened every window, make the place look bright. my mum told me to do that. but i still feel uncomfortable, lucky thing i still have my doggie to accompany me for the time being. called erica to come over. hope she`ll be quick. she can use my com here and we can watch her vcd. im waiting for her now. HURRY UP ERICA ! !

its past 12 ! dont know if this blogger thing will put this as 17-10-04. ahhh. . nevermind. doesnt matter.
sighs. exams are really finally over, but i still dont really feel like it is. more relief but there`s so many unlucky things are happening. like that day leo told me about his thing, wow ! tragic man. i bet he`s damn disappointed but just that he doesnt express it. sounded so weak and different over the phone. cheer up kor ! (( : take life easy. i hope what you`ll get is good news okay ? sighs. sad ! wha. . i tell you, its so sad. i read that he`s now after this other girl =.= why ! urgh. . ! after all my patience, they werent even appreciated or remembered of. sighs. i have such bad luck ! i dont know what i did this time, but i honestly feel that one of my friends is try very hard to not talk to me. talk to my friend lor, what can i do ? and its not like i dont care. grrrr. . ahhhh. dont know what im babbling about. heck
took like 3hours or so to discuss with noelle over the phone on conference with jim too whether to go sentosa with their grup of friends or not. i bet it`ll be weird. and yes ! i was right. we felt damn out of place. we had to do all sorts of stupid things larh. me and noelle went to shower first and later the rest went. decided wait for them at the benches. wha. damn hungry. . couldnt stop thinking of fooood. . . we were just talking then suddenly noelle screamed. she totally sprang out of the bench seat and stood behind me. i looked what it was which made her scream - a bee. not just any bee, it was a GIGANTIC extra-large overgrown bee ! gross ! i stared at it in total shock not know whether to keep still or run. but the bee was coming closer. . closer to me. i couldnt just sit there, i stood up and used my bag attempting to hit the bee. but i missed it. i didnt know why or what for i did that. i just did it. probably too scared. guessed i got it angry, it started chasing me and noelle. we really screamed this time, so loud people were staring at us as if we were lunatics, and ran our fastest in some direction hoping to miss it. lucky thing, we finally did. we ended panting so hard. i hate that bee ! coming out to scare us like that. terrifying.
later on, went ps for dinner. had a plate of spaghetti from pasta mania. shared with noelle cause neither of us we very hungry. i dont know why. . i just could eat so much although i was very much hungry earlier on. texted leo ask him if he was free. i didnt want go home so early just yet. sandra couldnt go out, was with her grandma. so well, leo`s my next choice ! ( : my dear kor. haha. he`s so sweet can. went heeren, he was looking for this piggie toy thingy from 'action city' he wanted get it for his friend`s birthday present. been looking for it for months. so nice of him right ? haha. but he didnt bought it in the end cause the white one wasnt for sale. . o well. . poor guy. he seemed pretty fine today. not so moody, but still moody inside. o gosh ! what am i talking ?! was sitting on those benches near taka`s orange julius when we went back on the topic about 'that'. sigh. i hope he`ll be fine. hrmmm, do i sound like im over-reacting ? : well, never in my life, had i anyone who is always here for me. . how can i not be so inhumane to just let him suffer there ? alone. tried to make him laugh, not so successful. finally went off 10+ cause he`s meeting his friends go Zouk. texted me say saw sg idol there. haha.
best part of today was that i told my mum i`ll be home by 5-7pm. but in the end, reached home like 11+. wth right ? im 4 hours late haha. but its worth it ! ( : she didnt mind anw d :

begining with sat, let`s see ? i woke up late, remembering all at once i`ll be going with narrissa to cine see sg idol. but my tuition`s at 12.00 and she told me she`d be late again =.= o well, im cancelling class again : x told her give me extra lesson on monday. off the meet risa at bedok mrt station hehee. . and i was late again made she and her cousin wait. sorry ! : x her cousin`s going jurong to play soccer, and since we were taking train to the same direction, he decided take the same train as us.
saw jamin as we boarded the train. we called him, think he was kinda shock to see us too. he says he`s going to marina bay fly kite ? but where`s his kite, he said he never bring. weird guy. fly kite without his kite hahaa. but he brought his dnt textbook with him to study. thats great ! upon reaching, joined a queue for this perfect 10 thing. dont really know what it was about really. you`ll have to ask risa that !
went long john, was at the counter buying my stuff and i looked towards my left and saw these two FAMILAR faces. i sort of smiled at them and the guy gave me a ' do i know you ? ' look. embarassing man ! went over to my seat, still thinking of them both. i kept thinking they were my friends, sheree and bryan. never met them for a year. decided text bryan if it was him i saw. . and it was ! he said he and sheree were staring at me all the time when i was queueing - why didnt i notice ?
bryan sugested go take photo, and i dragged risa along with me although she didnt know them : x we left soon after and went to join the crowd outside cine. so many girls ! . . so few guys. haha, expected. was sitting there since 5. when nadiah and another guy, some singer ( i forgot his name :x ) came up, every started to stand up and really party ! screaming at their top of their voices. . shouting like lunatics. . jumping about. . doing all kinds of silly things. when the singapore idol finalists finally came, everybody started pushing and squeezing their way through. the tall malay girl in front of me totally blocked my whole view ! and the lady beside me used my shoulder as her rest where she comfortably put her elbow there so that she could film the whole thing. think i dont know arh ? idiotic woman ! i push away her elbow off my shoulder and her hand went down. guessed her video wasnt so successful after all. haha ! count yourself lucky ure camera never drop.
the girls were all screaming over sylvester, he seemed to be the most well-liked idol there. everyone jerred at jerry. haiya, when will he be kicked out of idol ? malay girls were all totally crazy over taufiq. . shouting his name and jumping up and down. the singapore idols sang a short line each and they all sng a happy birthday song to Lime. qutie nice. unique way of singing it. okay, enough of idol stuff. .
met up with leo. he looks weird in that near hair cut : x lucky for me, risa and leo started chatting in no time as if they knew each other for a long time ( : otherwise, i`ll be in a spot. walked from taka to somerset, took train to dhoby gaut. he`s supposed to meet his friends. and since it was like 11+ at that time, leo suggested we took a cab home, he sent us back ! that rich guy. . from plaza sing go simei, to my place and to city hall. must have cost him alot ! good thing i contributed 10dollars ( :

woke up. . late again ! promised noelle i`ll be at her area at 9.15 but i reached there slightly over 9.30. she thought i was still sleeping. went for our usual morning jog. brought my ez-link card, planning to buy some drinks from mac. got there, bought it. . sat at one of the benches by the beach. . drank it. . shared with noelle. mmmm. . tasted good. cause its milo ! walked slowly back. reached home, did absolutely nothing at all, too exhausted. went for physics tuition. slept. . and here i am ! gonna study later. . tmr`s physics and geog ! sighs. and im starting to feel sick. .

had our english paper just yst. pretty easy i think. haha. but the compre kinda suck though. i couldnt think of anything for those vocab parts. my chua said he purposely chose 1st oct for our paper cause it`ll make a great children`s day gift for us all. how thoughtful.
o yarh ! and it was held in the hall : x my first ever exam in the hall -LoL- freaking cold in there ! me and kim sat right in front of the air-con and we were shivering. lucky thing we had our jackets with us. . but they didnt help much though =.= i remb erica even brought this wooly sweater. haha. damn hailarious. she looked like a hairy bear in it : x poor azeimah forgotten hers and she whined to us continuously after the paper about the weather in the hall haha. : x azei, remb ure jacket the next time ! ( :
after the exam, rushed home for chinese tuition. it started at 1, and i left school like 12.30. haha. obviously late. anw, me and noelle went cycling at east coast after that - from laguna park to safra and back the other direction to mac, then back home again. a total of 2 and a half hours straight ! pretty long for people like us right ? we rested awhile by the beach. ran into the cold water. splashed around a little. we found this empty pot floating around and took it. haha : x started playing with it and throwing it as far as we could back into the sea but all times were unsuccessful. have to admit that we`re lousy throwers. noelle had her go first and the pot went sideways and landed on the sand just beside me. started laughing so hard she nearly fell. you can imagine, we were really playing like 8-year-old kids. haha : x think it was high-tide period, my slipper nearly washed away with the next wave and i nearly lost my balance too cause my other leg was caught deep in the sand. haha. quite dumb but its fun ! : x
went home, had dinner with my brother - its ban mian again ! hahaha. we`re crazy for it. well, nearly everyone is. but at night, i felt my knees were really hurting badly. couldnt sleep at first. i tried nearly everything - bending my knees, straightening it, curving it a little, they all didnt help at all. kept waking up from my sleep at night. they hurt like hell. my mum says its probably because of the cycling, but anw, its sat already and it still hurts alot !
today was pretty okay, knees still hurt but i could walk better. went boon keng with noelle meet the rest for our weekly study thing. met a friend i havent met for nearly half a year. had alot of talk about and catch up with each other. . haha. reached home 8+ . hrmmms, nothing else. yarh, thats the end of my day. .
