hrmmms. i missed yst`s cos audrey was using the com to d/l some files. so im going to continue it here. .

just another normal day. ate extra of everything yst. hehee : x My mum cooked prawn mee and i had it, with second helpings hahaa. then dinner had the same and i still had some chicken soup after that and baked beans with bread Greedy?
by that time already 7.15pm. decided to go 'jogging' around the 'field-park' like thing. auntie soo says she wanted to come with me cos want to burn off some fat too hehee We started at 7.15pm and reached home ard 8.15pm i think. we walked first, for abt 3km. and then jogged for abt 7km. damn big the place. it was actually a park combined with 2fields and 2ponds. tough man ! damn tired even though it was only a pathetic 1hour exercise. havent been running for like months ! okay, im weak. anw, it was still a good work-out. .

definitely ate much much much lesser then usual. hehee. stayed home the whole day. nth to do, rot, decomposing. . poor rachel. .
